1. Get More Sleep
It seems like a given, but many people aren’t getting as much sleep as they’re supposed to. Adults are, on average, supposed to get eight hours of quality shuteye, but how many of you can honestly say you do?
If you’re having trouble sleeping, there are few different things you can do to improve your situation. Firstly, make sure your bedroom is a place of rest. That means you need to turn the TV off, get off your tablet or mobile phone, and take note of what your body is telling you.
